with new years' parties and likewise recuperation put to bed, all of us are adjusting to the entrenchment of 2006. it's that time of year to think about makiing some resolutions. i have never been too great @ keeping resolutions in the past, but i have decided that 2006 is going to be the year where i do. in fact, it's one of my resolutions...i resolve to keep them. alright, here they are...
* save more money
*go back and study chinese
*practice guitar more frequently and regularly
*develop some sort of waistline, not necessarily a 6-pack but no beer belly either
*get a killer tan
*visit 5 different countries
eat healthier (my heartfelt apologies to the mcdonalds corporation)
*give up drinking coke
*stop biting my fingernails
*read more
*start writing my 1st novel
*quit smoking
wow. there's more than i thought. small revision. let's say if i could keep even 50% of these, i'd be pretty satisfied.
so there's my list. what about you? do you make resolutions? if so, what are they? if no, why not? i'd love to hear 'em. next entry; 2005 in review.
