currently struggling through "zen and motorcycle maintenance" by robert pirsig...excellent read, tho trying @ times. just wanted to share something that grabbed my attention and believe to very true.
The past is only in our memories.
The future is only in our plans.
The present is our only reality.

Excellant read, and makes ya think.
Faithwise it's not for me (but nothing ever will be), but healthy mind and body wise I'm considering getting involved at a zen temple that I walk by every day on my way to and from work.
